    I may be missing something here, but I can't see a way of calibrating the Swype keyboard for when you need to tap individual keys instead of swyping as usual. On my Desire the keyboard is well out of alignment. Can anyone help? Swyping itself works a dream :)

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the standard touch input calibration on the phone controls all aspects of touch input on the device.
    Menu->Settings->Language & Keyboard->Touch Input->Text Input->Calibration Tool.
    Give it a try and see if it improves the accuracy ;).

    I have tried calibration but it doesn't seem to have made a great deal of difference to be honest.

    Basically you are given a phrase to tap in and it analyses the off-set of your typing against the actual position of the keys and compensates accordingly.

    It should increase tapping accuracy significantly.
