Help Sync and GPS issues

I just received my Milestone 2 and I'm having 2 big problems.

1) My GPS is completely nuts, showing my location wrongly. GPS and Wi-fi location is enable.

2) I can't syc with my PC. I don't have an SD card, but the phone already come with 8Gb. I already installed all drivers, Media Link and Phone Tools and still nothing. I connect the USB and the program do not recognize my phone.
The phone is all the time asking for an SD card, to select MP3, images etc. Do I need an SD card? Can't I store MP3 files and images in the main memory?

I also don't understand why the screen can't unlock when I touch it. I have to press the power button and then slide my finger in the lock icon. Is that really necessary?

You need an SD card.
You need to enable Wireless location in the same place you enabled GPS. Go outside and wait some time until you get a fix. It may take some time first time and will neer be instantaneous.
