Help TBolt Typing

So I picked up a tbolt yesterday and so far its been great. Two things that I can't seem to figure out.

1. When typing the stock messaging application, the word suggestion box covers the send button making it annoying to send texts.

2. I want to change the led blink color for different events. Any idea how to do this?

I'm not sure how to answer the second question but for the first. I just downloaded Swift key. This application will have the word suggestions right above the keyboard and no where near the text. I've only used it to type a few things and I am thinking about keeping it.
