Terrible Sprint Reception (Any suggestion?)

My wife and I both new to Sprint.The Evo has a ton
of problems but what I can't
t deal with the awful reception.Any suggestions besides canceling service? Like a software upgrade or something? I know I have 30 days but going back to USCC is the last thing I would ever wanna do.

call sprint and tell them about your reception issues.. they will probably give you one of those cards for free that will help your reception.. I would do it just to see what they say...
