Text info to Automated Phone System....

App that takes info from a text and makes a call to an automated phone system and applys info to prompts on system. Does such an app exist or can an app like this be built?

You get a text with a telephone number and a invoice number on it. You have to call an automated telephone answering server and input your identifier number (which is not on the text) and the invoice number which is (When prompted). Like the automated machines on company phone systems. I need an app that does this automatically once the text arrives at my cell phone . Can you help? Is this possible ?
