I'm downloading now. I think this will just be the .sbf file and RSD Lite, but I'm hoping for more. Maybe a Vanilla Froyo ROM for Droid X!

what does the bomb do? is it just the sbf file like emr25 said? or is it something more useful (not that sbf isn't useful, i've bricked twice myself)

Motorola sent a C&D for the .sbf to all sites who were hosting it. I guess they are trying to avoid getting in trouble for making it available for download again.

Edit: Maybe that was just the Froyo update.zip file, but either way I'm guessing both will be included.

I was expecting at least a 2.2 .sbf, but it's not there. They have it tagged under sbf, so maybe there's one for the Droid 2?

The .exe gives you the option for Droid X files, that post just meant that there are not any ROMs or anything coming for the X.

Nothing really new, but a really nice job packaging it up in one nice complete package! Great for anyone who hasn't collected these files from the various locations over the last couple of weeks.

Everyone with a DroidX should get these files while you can. Even if you don't need them right away, they might not be available when you do need them.
