Google has just updated their Google Play Developer Console with some new tools to help developers engage and understand the people using their apps and games.
The ratings and review page has received some improvements that let the developer see their ratings over time, as well as a breakdown of their ratings by country, language, etc. There's also some new information for the developer about the review highlights their app has, some anonymous metadata on the devices using their apps and more.
