Help The Weather on Hero sucks

Can anyone tell me how to do something about this? Every time I check the weather forecast on my phone it's rain. Surely this must be a fault?

Please help I am really tired of this now, I want a little sunshine before winter if possible. I am also going to a festival this weekend so a quick response would be much appreciated.
