Root This is really making me unhappy...(SBF)

So I am trying to SBF my droid x and this might sound very simple, but how the hell do I open RSDLITE! I downloaded it and its a winRAR ZIP file and I dont know how the hell to open it! I have the SBF file and all, just borrowed a PC laptop since I am a mac user and dont know how to open it.

I just tried to SBF to stock Froyo from GB so that I could flash the rooted GB, but my phone is now stuck on the "M" logo. I tried booting into recovery and wiping data/clearing cache, but it still loads to the "M" logo and won't go past. I would try and reflash, but RSDlite doesn't see the phone now. Can anyone help?
