Good thing a judge threw out this frivolous lawsuit.

The nerve of these people, we sent them Dr. Mengele's best student.

"From 1946-1948, the U.S. Public Health Service and Pan American Sanitary Bureau cooperated with Guatemalan government agencies to conduct medical research. The research, funded by the United States government, involved infecting somewhere between 1,000 and 3,000 Guatemalans with syphilis, gonorrhea, or chancroid without informed consent, according to MSN. Those infected included soldiers, orphans, mental patients, and prisoners."

The Syphilis Study isn't nothing new, the U.S. Government was doing it before the 1940s to it's own citizens.

Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment (History, Facts, Bad Blood, Bad Science)

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]The United States government did something that was wrong—deeply, profoundly, morally wrong. It was an outrage to our commitment to integrity and equality for all our citizens... clearly racist."

Yup. Human experimentation without the subjects consent wasn't something unique to the US. Or Europe. Or any other number of places during the 40s.

True, but where the U.S. was the occupying force, those perpetuating this type of human experimentation were charged and convicted of war crimes and attempts were made to compensate the victims.
