Use NFC tag to login to webpage

Is there an app that will enable me to use a (non programmable) nfc tag to login to a specific webpage.

I need this for work. We have these ID cards we use as keycards, they are equipped with an nfc tag. I Would really like to use these nfc tags to also be able to login on a specific webpage on an nfc enabled android phone.

Is this possible?
