Help Videos taken on previous Samsung phone won't play

I moved my SD card from my old phone (Samsung/Verizon Droid Charge) to the new Razr MAXX HD. The pictures that were on the card display fine, but the videos (.mp4) won't play.
I copied them to my PC, and they play fine in Media Player.
The Charge was rooted, running Eclipse rom. The RMHD is full stock, JB 4.1.2

Any ideas?

EDIT: Downloaded MX Player, and it plays them, no problem. Guess it's an issue with the native Video Player.
