Voice recognition - word correction?

hi all - i'm new to the forum and i'm sure this question has been asked somewhere before. is there any way to correct pronunciation in android's voice recognition? e.g., when i say "la jolla, california" it would find "la joya" not recognizing the spanish double LL pronunciation. so i want to custom correct certain word pronunciations. is there such a feature cuz i cant find it? thanks!
