I am sure that some of you will have come across this mod to increase the overall volume of your S5, before but it has just been updated to include Lollipop, Android 5.0...

In spite of the title, the mod should work on most rooted S5 devices in this forum, (not the, "H", octa core). It is just a simple flash via your custom recovery, CWM or TWRP. I am currently using the AOSP Lollipop version on CM-12 and find that v4 Lite + Headphone Increase is plenty loud enough and does not offer any distortion.
You must select your mod according to your ROM... either TouchWiz or AOSP and KitKat or Lollipop. If you are unsure which you have, see your particular ROM developers thread.
As with all mods... please take a nandroid backup before flashing and carefully and thoroughly read the dev's thread, linked above.
