Help Wait we have a Search button on the side of the phone :/

I keep forgetting about that button, I never seem to use it..
so my question..

Is there any apps that allow this search button to become something i WILL use?
Such as a task switcher, which i would love

Well, when I play Pokemon on my phone, I use the search button as A, and the call button as B.
That's the only use I've found for it. xD

If you have CyanogenMod/Android 2.3 installed you can do this by going to Settings>CyanogenMod Settings>Input>Search Key Behaviour>Check the 'Search Key App' box>Custom Application then select the app you want to launch when you hit the search key (Link to install CyanogenMod)

Aso set Quick Settings to launch when i hold the search key!

I set them both to open in windows slightly smaller and slightly transparent so you can still see the running app behind them and it looks teh sex
