Wavesecure Functions disabled?

I have a HTC sensation XE Beats with wavesecure.

In the Lock Settings menu the following options are greyed out:

Auto Lock
Enable Alarm
Send Location
Add SIM to safe SIM List

I would like to turn off the "Auto lock" and turn on "Send Location" is this possible?

Also from looking at the Play store screenshots i seem to have a different home screen menu with less functions?

Has anybody experienced these issues?
