Anyone has this file inside their note 2? Keep reappearing in my phone hours after I delete each time. Not sure what it is. Some friend don't have and know a couple who has.

My nexus 4 has it too. I've seen it for a while now and its always empty, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

I uninstalled my apps and added them back a few per day, and kept checking for that file (weiqian_record.txt). It magically re-appeared after I reinstalled and opened MOBO PLAYER. It's a fantastic player to have around when no other player will open a file. MOBO PLAYER is free in Google Play, but I've found older versions are better and can be found at 4shared.com. 4shared has a lousy search capability, so use google and add site:4shared.com
to your query.
