Apps What is the best GUI solution for settings?

In my Quiz-app I provide two settings to the user in a "settings activity":
1) Order of questions: ("In order", "Random", "Ask each time")
2) Difficulty ("Easy", "Hard", "Ask each time")

If a setting is set to "Ask each time", my plan was to show a dialog asking for "Order of question" or "Difficulty" before the first question in that Quiz-round.

BUT, I find it hard (messy code..) to show two consecutive dialogs, i.e. both settings are set to "Ask each time"...

So, what is the best GUI solution?
1) Remove the options "Ask each time"?
2) Make two dialogs to appear?
3) Make some large dialog with both settings if both are set to "ask each time". This will need "radio buttons" for each of the two settings..
