Help What Micro SD Card should I buy for my Galaxy S4?

I'm stuck on which to buy,

I was thinking maybe a 90 mb/s, a 70 mb/s one or a 40 mb/s one, which one shall I go for?

Is there a major difference between the three?

They are all fast enough for anything I can think of. A class 10 sd card guarantees 10MB/sec.

Well, they are different speeds, but if the speeds quoted are correct, they are all very fast!

What's most important is to buy your SD card only from a reputable source, preferably a major brick-and-mortar store like a Best Buy or Micro Center (or whatever the equivalent is in your location). Buying from a shady source (i.e. one of the many anonymous vendors on Ebay) will often result in a counterfeit card that either doesn't work or has only a fraction of its stated storage capacity. This is not a place to save money as it may end up costing you more in the long run.
Yes any class 10 should be more than sufficient, your S4 should support the SDXC standard which has improved performance over SDHC.
