what Tablet should I get?

Hi, Im after a tablet that can do the following:
Dedicated good that locks fast GPS
Bluetooth to maybe be able to use it as handfree if possible in the future.
Bluetooth to use tethering from my mobile phone use internet.
needs to be about 7" - 8" screen size as I use it when Im driving.
Needs to be minimum 32GB
Doesn't matter how much it is

Im not sure If I Should wait a month or 2. It would be great if there is a tablet that will be about to use android and windows 8 when it comes out together.

But I'm thinking the Samsung Tab 7.7 may be the one

Yer I would get that but maximum memory is 16GB Which is ridiculous

yeah thanks for the reply I have looked through them but I need some recommendations on what tablet would work for me.
Thanks Im really thinking the Samsung 7.7 that should do the job. but just want to know how good the gps is on it

I would say Nexus 7 if it wasn't for the limited storage. Maybe you should check out the Acer Iconia A110? It has a micro SD and it is also very comparable to the N7. You should also check out the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 2. If I were you I would get the N7, I'm getting it! Updates from Google can't be beat.

yeah nah the nexus 7 just has no memory space to put anything on.
