Help Where Are These Widgets or Apps Located?

On the stock screen which has those on-off toggles for 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS as well as that phone "Favorites" column - where are the originating Widgets or Apps located?

You can drag and dump them but where do you find if you want them on a differnt screen?

It is the PEOPLE widget - you pick the full page or column view.
!@#$% widget looks nothing like its function.
