Help Where is HDR Video recording option?!

I updated to the latest firmware for i 9500 but i can not find the HDR video recording.

Did anyboy find it? Does it actually exist in the latest update?

The highlights of the latest update are the move to Sd card and i have it and use it, faster OS and it is and the HDR video but i can not find it.

The update came out in Germany first then to UK if I read right are you included in either of those?

I have the 9500 model so i dont have the DE/UK firmware because they have the 9505 model.
I got mine from Dubai but yesturday i flashed the latest Indian firmware that includes move to SD for apps but no HDR recording.
Another thing is that nobody yet has posted a video of HDR for the S4 not even on youtube..
