I never thought of this as being a selling point until I saw that some phones don't have Froyo yet, and my origional Droid does.
Do / will some brands such as Motorola always get the new version of OS before others??
I can see where if this is a constant, you might want to buy Motorola to get the latest OS before the others, or you might want HTC if they always get the latest later in the pack, which might be a safer way to go??
Or, is every release different and it depends more on the individual model than the brand??
