I don't mean to be rude, but it is not Google's responsibility to watch her kids. If she knew about the 30 minute window, she could have prevented it.

However, kids should not know the password, parents should not tell them.
Google should make it so that every time you purchase (Purchase = paying money for, free things (dont) something, you will have to enter a password.
