Help working with screen captures made with the pen?

After circling part of something with pen on a web browser or an image, and after its copied to clipboard what do you do with it? You can't send these custom screen captures like this can you? Can you only paste them into another document and email them that way?

You can click the share option and do what you want with it. Of course, if you don't actually own the image, then you need to be aware of potential copyright infringement.
