Hi all, I really need help with implementing this layout in my xml file. I have tried this many times, but it's not working. Can you please help me, or guide me on how to do this?
I am doing a math sorta thing with a linear equation
What I want is a layout like this:
a x (plus or minus) b = c
There needs to be an edittext under the a, b, and c. Also I need a Button under that too which has the text calculate, and a TextView underneath that also to show the values of x.
So in all, the layout needs to be
a x (plus or minus) b = c
(edittext) (edittext) (edittext)
Button [Calculate!]
TextView [The solns are:]
I am not sure whether to use a RelativeLayout or LinearLayout because the edittexts have to be under the textview a, b, and c.
