Help Yellow triangle/exclamation point when paring to computer (drivers needed)

I am able to pair it to the PC via bluetooth but then I get the yellow triangle with the exclamation point on my pc when it shows my bluetooth devices and it says no drivers loaded on the driver tab.

Is that what I am missing to make it work?

You have to load the drivers. You can plug the phone up usb and let it load the phone drivers or go to HTC site and loaded manually
