Help youtube video title problem

How do you delete the youtube video titles that accumulate under the search box. I have deleted both the watch and search histories. woodsman2

Anyway, about your issue, so what you want to delete is the history of searches in the You Tube app?

I have deleted both my watch and search histories from my youtube app on my samsung galaxy tab 4. I still have quite a number of viewed videos that I cannot delete. How do I delete them. There is a column of titles under the search box(ones previously viewed). These are the ones I would like to delete. Woodsman2

Let me check my YT app to see if I can see what you are talking about.
Now, granted I rarely use my YT app on my phone, so perhaps someone can chime in about it too

ok...I also deleted my history and searches.
So when I open my YT app, and tap on the magnifying glass icon:

and my searches come up:

and it is empty.
Is that where you are referring to??
