Help ZTE Blade 2 Rebooting constantly

HI

Firstly I'd like to start of by saying Thankyou for even spending time reading this and now i've just realised I'm wasting even more time so i'll cut to the chase!

Basically Orange San Francisco Working perfectly well then everything starts crashing asking me to either wait or force close. I then switch my phone off.

Turn it on and it switches on goes to the orange logo and then repeats.

It keeps rebooting, I can get into FTM mode.... (I don't know how that helps....)

Please help me I don't know what to do. How can I factory or hard reset this phone?

Same thing here except my phone is debranded.
