ZTE N800 Bootloop, Broken power button! ( not rooted)

My phone wont completely turn on and every time I plug in a USB it would show the android logo and continuously turn on and off from that screen. I tried pressing the volume buttons and the home button. I tried only pressing the volume buttons. It would just freeze when I do so. How can I get to the recovery menu for safe mode or recovery menu?

There are apps that will get there only if u can boot normally

I cant boot it normally, every time I turn it on it wont even pass the android symbol and when I try any other method, like pressing both the volume button and volume + home button, it just freezes the phone.
