ZTE Racer for sale (faulty)

I have a spare ZTE racer that I am wanting to sell. It's faulty and I'm not SURE what is wrong with it. A few weeks ago, I cracked the touch screen. I thought nothing of it and replaced the digitizer with an ebay replacement. Upon turning on the phone, it boots up fine. The only problem is that it does not sense me touching the screen. I am not sure how to fix it and have been offered a cheap one by 3. I have bought it, and I am picking it up tomorrow. I still have the old screen & digitizer if you want them too. Brand new Digitizer set me back
