Root [Boost Mobile] Zte Warp no notification bar, no signal

My Zte warp has no notifiaction bar and the signal continues to die, phone recently had rom added to it.

Factory reset. Fix permissions. Wipe dalvik cache. Clear regular cache. Reinstall ROM.

i tried the method alsaces suggested but no luck i my phone wont ring or vibrate when i get a call the caller id screen doesnt come up i have to go to my call logs to see if i had a call same with the text messaging, i have no notification bar so i cant mount my phone to the computer i cant see if i have a signal or anything.......IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP..........

Have you tried to reflash the ROM? Could be a bad flash

I've had this problem before. It was with shin's ROM. Bad flash. Factory reset, Fix, clear, clear and install. But since you said that wasn't the case it could probably be a kernel issue. Have you tried any other ROM?

Okay so download beta 3 do a factory reset before flashing it

Okay is your phone able to boot into recovery? Shut the phone off hold volume up and power button

Do you have the right drivers installed to your computer for your phone?
