I read a little thread a few weeks ago on how to improve battery life. I've used the trick mentioned in that really works.
1 - Drain your phone battery
2 - Charge your phone to full until the light becomes green
3 - Unplug your phone.
4 - Power off your phone.
5 - Charge your while it's powered off
6- When the little light becomes green. You are done.
This works for most HTC Phones.
