Swapping to the DInc

Sorry guys, hate to leave but I just finished setting up my DInc replacement phone which was exchanged by VZ because I've had so many problems with multiple Eris phones. I gotta say, the Inc lives up to it's name.....It's so much SMOOTHER and FASTER......Everything seems to work as it's supposed to (For now) I really hope it stays this way. Not to say it won't have it's own problems but it's a HUGE improvement at this point.
So, good luck to everyone, I hope the updates get the problems fixed, I hope others get to swap their phones swapped if they need it. As for me....I"m OUT!!!

I agree, not that it isn't a good phone, but I would never buy it or swap for it because I hate the way it feels, like I'm going to break it if I squeeze it or something. But my Eris is the same absolutely no problems whatsoever so good luck with your shiny new Incredible.

4 is the magic number, my dinc will be here tomorrow. 3 for trackballs and 1 for silent call while trying to call 911!! It took 4 diff ph reps, but finally they budged. It is a "refurb" dinc, but free. Good luck to you, and me i guess!

Hopefully they dont do you like they did this one guy. Sent him another eris when they swapped him to get a moto droid. Never responded to his emails or called him back.

I new for sure the guy was giving me a droid bcuz he sat one the phone with me while he ordered everything.

Don't forget to have them send you a battery, back cover, and new charger....They will send all three for free. (At least they did for me)

I was able to get VZW to switch after my 2nd refurb. Brand new Incredible will be shipped by 8/3.
