Stock Mail App

I have set the stock mail app to refresh whenever I open the app so I can check my hotmail account. It doesn't seem to do it every time though, and I often need to refresh it manually to see if there is any new e-mail.

It's not a huge problem, more of a slight inconvenience. Just thought I'd see if anybody else suffers from the same?

If set to manual, then you do have to manually refresh to get new mail

Same here, sometimes it does it on its own but sometimes I have to do it myself.

Not exactly a huge problem though so I'm not worried about it.

Interesting. I do have it set to manual when I am on my laptop. However, as Gibbs mentioned, it does automatically download the email when I access the app - it just seems to auto-download as and when it wants to, rather than every time!
