camcorder flash

Just wondering.....

any ideas of how to utilise led flash with camcorder??

have already downloaded "led desire light" from the marketplace, but it won't stay on once in camcorder app.

Not quite sure if is meant to be for that purpose. Light and camera together will drain your battery in minutes

yes you just turn the flash on before you start video recording. (its in the top right corner when camcorder is open)

I used it the other night in a club

I cant click on the flash in video. How do you do that?

weird, the flash button (in the top right of screen) gives you the option of cycling through on/off when in normal camera mode but not when in the camcorder. The icon seems to be hard coded to off, no other options in the menu either.... well, not here in the sunny ol'UK.

Froyo is already available to anyone who is willing to root their phones

Thought about Rooting, then went onto just debranding (on Orange UK) was put off fairly rapidly due to the reported wifi/radio issues. I really want to get rid of the Cr'aps that Orange have added to the phone, can you get rid of them once Rooted you would I still need to flash to a vanilla ROM to achive this?

I have the orange branded handset, i debranded then had it simlocked due to upgrading the radio with a goldcard.
Now i have got it unlocked.

DesireableHTC rooted his phone & his was orange branded & he didn't get the
wifi/radio issues.

I haven't rooted yet, but if the stock desire 2.2 froyo rom isn't released soon then i will have no hesitation in doing so.
