A couple quick questions

I'm totally new to android and all "smartphones" for that matter. What is the best way to transfer a movie onto my captivate? I was just gonna go with the ol' drag and drop. Is there a better way? And second question...When I have my phone plugged into my computer I can't do anything on the phone. It just says connected and i can't get off the screen. How do I change that?

Hey, um the drag and drop would probably work fine. I never put vids on my device but I think that should work. and also, you are not allowed to do anything when connected to the computer. Thats just how it is, and it is okay because usually when you connect to the PC you are doing stuff well, on the PC. So if you aren't planning to do anything on the PC just unplug it

You could either plug it in and drag and drop, or get a external memory card and load the movie onto it.

From the home screen go to MENU>APPLICATIONS>USB SETTINGS>then click ASK ON CONNECTION.
