Help 1.13.604 Update adds "Dead Pixels" in Camera?

Ya bummer I have a red one on the left hand side..but its not a huge deal becaue it doesnt show up in any pictures so I can deal with that...what exactly did it do to the camera though it doesnt seem any faster when opening the app or switching. I will say this Camera blows away the Droid Incredible 8mp...

same here...had no problems with cam..did update last night/this morning at like 3am..just checked after seeing this. I NOW have 1 dead white pixel almost dead center of my screen. CAN ASSURE YOU IT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE HAND as ive been using the camera like crazy.

downloading this camera360 app you speak of now

Edit** downloaded camera360 app...doesnt have a flash feature...going back to standard moto app..ill deal with that 1 dead pixel for now

I have 3 different colored dots.. 1 directly inside the auto-focus square! :/. At least Verizon is sending me a replacement today because of a different issue mine had. I'll let you guys know when I receive it (and update it) if it has the issue. It's weird that when you use the digital zoom the dots grow larger, too.

I have to agree with rjoudrey. I too noticed one tiny, blue dot only in the 720p recording mode. It did show up in the video, as minute as it was, it kind of annoyed me. Needless to say it was shot in a rather dim room. So I went outside and shot in plenty of light against both white and black backgrounds, and voila! No longer there.

I think people are just hearing HD video and forgetting the fact that this is a phone, and in all honesty, probably the best one one on the market. Its not the latest 3CCD, broadcast quality HDCam, you're going to go shoot your feature film on. Regardless, if you light your scenes properly, you'll more than likely pull some great results.
