Is there a media player that takes advantage of the rooted dinc? I would like more volume. The media player for Android is one of the few things I find lacking. I still wouldn't have another phone over this one. Of course in Nov. That may change.

Have you tried Mixzing? It has an equalizer which will allow you to boost the entire spectrum if you just need more output across the spectrum. You don't have to be rooted, but works rooted as well.


It does play videos as well, however you can't adjust levels through the equalizer. Just music.
