Help Edit Existing Calendar Appointment?

This is probably a stupid question with a simple answer, but I will post it anyway!

How do you edit an existing calendar appointment in Froyo 2.2? For instance, to change a location, time, or subject matter?

In 2.1, you could bring up the appointment, hit menu, and select edit appointment. I do not see that option in 2.2, and when I need to change an appointment, I end up having to delete it and inputting a completely new appointment. Not really a big deal, but if a meeting time changes, it would be a lot easier to just change the time instead of creating a whole new appointment and deleting the original...

Long press the event, and a menu will pop up allowing you to edit.

Thanks! I was long-pressing in the event details screen, not the summary screen listing all the appointments for the day. Appreciate it very much!

Anyone using Calendar Pad figure out how to edit ? I can't seem to make it work no matter what I do.

So I knew how to do this already (long press from the event list), but it's RIDICULOUS that there is no longer an edit screen from within the actual event. I always have to go BACK to the event list and long press just to edit an event. Really, Google? major flaw.

Are you talking about when your looking at event details? If so just push the menu button and it gives you the option to edit the event.

In Froyo (Android OS 2.2) that feature is no longer there when you're in the Event Details screen for a particular event.

Strange. It's there in Froyo on my Desire. But then it's running HTC Sense; maybe this is what makes the difference.

Its there for me. Stock incredible with ota froyo 2.2. Don't know what your doing wrong that its not showing there for you.
