Medication list app?

Anyone know of an app were you can put in all the meds you are taking?
my mother takes quite a few meds and she cant always remember what the are, she is looking for something that will allow her to make a list of the meds and doses, so when she is at a Dr. office she can pull it up for the Dr.
even it it is a good quality list app that would be helpfull

I just listed mine in Splash ID under prescriptions. It keeps them secure from prying eyes while still easily accessible. I don't know if that would be an option for your mom though.

Thanks w_bovine. I was at work and couldn't respond when firemanjay asked what splash ID was. I personally love the app and use it for my passwords, prescriptions, credit cards, bank accounts, pretty much anything I might forget. It really comes in handy and I really love that I can sync it with the desktop companion.
Still, it might not be exactly what firemanjay is looking for to keep track of his mom's prescriptions.
Another option might be Note Everything Pro which offers durable checklists. I also find that app pretty handy.

If it's for your Mom's phone, why not allow first-responders to access the info? I use "ICE: In Case of Emergency".
