I just bought my phone a couple of weeks ago and during the last couple of days my phone will simply go black and nothing except pulling the battery and resetting will make it work. The phone does not lose connection to my bluetooth until I pull the battery but I cannot use the phone. Calling my cell during this dead time simply has the phone ringing and ringing no VM nothing.

Suggestions? I have called Sprint 2x and now they want me to bring the phone in....for repair. I do not want a refurbished phone! What do you suggest I do?

Thanks in Advance

If you're still in your 30 days just ask them for a new phone.. people here have swapped phones several times, for brand new ones

Thanks, I have contacted Sprint 2x and attempted to take the phone back to where it was purchased. The vendor does not want to swap the phone out for a new one. They insist that a refurb is the only thing they can do. Sprint also claimed that they have not had any troubles with this phone. =) So I will see what I can do today.

Thanks everyone!
