I attempted to install the voodoo rom onto my phone, it kept giving me a verification error during the installation so i decided to just go back to normal, but when attempting to boot up my phone it kept giving me tons of force closes "the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly" "Application TWLauncher has stopped unexpect.." I did some research and tried to put it in factory reset, no difference. tried to do a hard reset and phone locked up, so i decided to format SD card as i saw someone say that fixed it, still nothing. I have no clue what to do now.

try this

or do it this way.. it worked for me

go there right click on the first link its a voodoo uninstaller 1.4.. and save link as.. put that file in your sdcard, boot into CWM and choose zip to install and select the uninstaller. then when your done voodoo is out of your phone.. you probably didn't fully uninstall voodoo that is why you have FC's

Used the first link, took forever for me to figure out a workaround to getting the file on my SD card since i did not have a reader for the micro-sd. It's restoring now, thank you so much! You are my savior.

It sounds like maybe your CWM isnt installed properly too. Make sure you can boot into CWM via ROM Manager if you cannot you aren't on position to flash any of this stuff

Is there perhaps a guide for rooting the galaxy s, and then installing all this stuff? I've only rooted my old eris before, and the guide i was using for this was.. convoluted.
