everyday is my birthday. the actual day means nothing to me though. But I also won't come on here saying

"no one wish me a Happy birthday even though today is it" type of thing.

This thread is like a chick saying "noooo, I don't want you to do anything big for my bday" when in truth, she wants you to THROW DOWN on her birthday.


I told people to quit getting me presents for Christmas and bdays a while back now. But they'd still get me something. I realized, they thought me saying "don't get me anything, really" was me playing the "I may say don't but I really mean do"

I changed my approach, I told them instead of buying me a gift, buy my daughter a gift. When my brother and wife asks what I want for Christmas, I tell them to use the limited money they have for a budget to buy an extra present for his two daughters.

I just don't think the O.P. really hates his bday and just wants the attention he wouldn't have recieved had he not mentioned it.

If threads like this bother you so much, the solution is simple, just don't post in them and stop reading when you see it's something you're not interested in.
