Help Interactive weather display??

Im trying to get the stock weather app on my mytouch 4g to display the animated weather, (like on the evo) where the raindrops will fall down the screen or the corners will frost over, the clouds roll across, or the leaves will blow across the screen. Is there an easy way to do this? thanks

Long hold on an empty home screen > select "widget > select "weather" > select the first option and viola!

Keep in mind it will only show the weather animations for certain weather types...

Thanks for the reply ... although, i'm talking about when the weather affects are displayed on the screen in front of everything else, not just within the widget ... it comes stock on the "today" screen on windows phones (i'm not sure about windows phone 7). i've also seen it on the evo so i know its possible on android ... here is a random video on youtube i found to explain what im talking about, in this particular video it seems to be snowing wherever this person happens to be, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1usYZxG7zPo&feature=related

It does the exact same thing, just bring it out of sleep mode and if it's on the screen with the weather widget the animation will start after a couple seconds as long as you dont do anything on the phone

Ive tried everything(that i know to do), turned on all animations, tried every size widget, tried it on all the home screens, even got the adw launcher and launcher pro apps, they wont let you add the stock weather widget at all ... its just not working, and i dont see anything in any of the settings that would relate to this, is it just not available on the stock my touch 4g 2.2 firmware?

Do you have the clock that's in the video turned on? i don't even have the stock weather widgets anymore, but when I set that clock it works just like the video

Awesome! thanks a bunch, it works fine now, i never would have thought to go to the clock widget ... thats weird it doesn't work with the weather widget but with the clock widget instead ... thanks, problem solved! :)
