know nothing just bought a Droid Incredile

My wife and I just bought Droid Incredibles and are now trying to figure how to do all the set ups.

Question 1 is we both have email accounts at the non-profit ranch we run in Central Texas but also established gmail accounts. So, how do we do the set-up, sync and that stuff? The little Verizon booklet isn't much help for us.

You can go to gmail on a pc and go under settings>> accounts and imports>>check mail using pop3, then add your ranch email there. You can also use stock email for the ranch emails or there is apps to download too. Like K9. I just Have mine linked through gmail.

Adding a secondary email account to your phone is as simple as going into the default consolidated email app (On my Droid X it's called "Messaging" and then going into "Manage Accounts". I can then add the new secondary email address. Personally I find having secondary accounts easier because once done, your outgoing responses to email messages come from the respective email address and not Gmail.
