Help Phonebook / Facebook problem

I've only had my Desire for a few days so still learning but i when i press Phone all my facebook contacts appear with there numbers and nearly called a few by accident. How can i get rid of them and just have my phonebook appear with the contacts i actually want to speak to. Thanks

Are you talking about your people app? Or when you press phone, and start dialing the facebook people will show up.

When i press Phone all my Facebook friends with phone numbers appear.

I don't know.......I mean it's easy to hide them in the people app, menu>view....but not sure on this, or even if you can. I guess you'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable than me to come along. Good luck man.

go to phone > menu > people > menu > view and untick anything you dont want to display

I sync my numbers with my gmail account.

I have also deleted all my contacts from my phone and sim card, and my numbers are always safe and synced with my gmail account

I then manually link my contacts with their facebook accounts, this ensures that the only facebook contacts that show are the ones i want to show

phone > menu > people > contact name > menu > link
