GMail Account Disabled

So yesterday, my GMail account totally crashed on me. I tried to log on from a computer and it says that my account has been disabled. I've sent e-mails to google and everything and I have yet to get anywhere. I'm extremely furious because my GMail account contains everything. There is no number to reach google at Tech Support or anything like that.

You would think that a company like Google would stand behind their products 110% and would have a tech support center to get issues resolved immediately. Nope, they don't. Only a stupid generated help area on the web that gets you nowhere. This is honestly making me want to get rid of this phone if I cannot get an answer...

Anybody have any suggestions?

If you've filled out the appropriate forms, perhaps there's only one thing left to do ....... wait. I know this is not what you want to hear, but it's really good advice sometimes.

More "good" advice is to not put all your eggs in one basket, and to backup all of YOUR information. "...my GMail account contains everything." Remember, it is YOUR everything, not Google's. ;)

Who knows? Maybe they disabled your account because it got hacked into. Instead of dissing them ... you might want to give them the benefit of doubt just once.

Or you could sell me your DROID for $100, leave Google, get yourself a new phone that is not connected with Google in any fashion, and live happily ever after.

Your options are limitless. :)

well I recieved a reply from Google. They said that basically cannot do anything about it but the thing is how could they when the only ask for your email and a secondary email. They don't ask for the answer of a security question, DOB, or anything of the sort. They say they are all about security and privacy but they can't even fix anything with the correct information! They ask for the top 5 frequently emailed addresses, i'd love to provide that information to them but i can't access my ******* account!!! Do they not understand that???

I'm sorry for venting guys, but this is utterly ridiculous, why can't you just simply call or send an e-mail with you information and be done with it?? Google is definitely not on the top of my list when it comes to customer support...
