Stealth is off my radar, since apparently it has less than 1gb internal memory, so all would be for app storage and no media space.

I assume it's that date for all of us that bought the original droid, the first day it became available, so as there was a rush (ok, a little one) for the original droid, will there be any kind of rush on July 6th for upgrades(ya think)??

Nope, just got off a conference call with the CEOs of Verizon, Motorola and Google. They personally apologized and said it will launch May 12th.

They will probably want to sell plenty of Thunderbolts. If the Bionic comes out too soon, look for serious issues with HTC. Also considering that nobody has even heard a peep about this phone in the media, one can guess we are at least a month, if not two months away at a minimum.

Well hell, if we're all in for the pool, I'm going with July 15th. One thing I liked about leaked specs for the Bionic is the honking battery @ 1930 mAh!! That plus dual core is gonna make this rock. No other battery is even close from other phones coming that I've seen. And a little extra battery never hurt anyone

We know that Verizon plans on dropping the Droid X2, Droid 3, Incredible 2, and now a new previously unheard of device currently being called the Motorola Targa. It's suspected that the first 3 should drop sometime during the summer. I don't see the Bionic releasing anytime later than late May. I'd guess the end of April, though.

I can guarantee you it won't be before June. Most reps have never even HEARD of this phone. If I had to put money on it, I would honestly say not to expect t anytime this summer. If I see an ad for this phone before Halloween, I'll piss my pants with excitement.

I think it will be out in/before June as that was promised to us (but that doesn't mean crap for Verizon) but we will see. I want 4g but it's not a big deal, I do want a ff camera & dual core though. my X is getting really slow & I hate how people have had ff cameras for almost a year and Verizon is still taking their sweet ass time getting one to us. If it wasn't for the awesome network, I would have switched a while ago to a network that will provide up to date phones within a reasonable time. I always shit from people i*hones about their FF camera that they have had since June of last year.

Gah, I wish I could justify swapping to Sprint, but unfortunately the network sucks in my area and my parents pay for my line with Verizon since they were unable to help me with school.

I hate hyping/estimating things but I'll post two pieces of evidence that suggest to mid-april:
1) News Article from today which doesn't carry too much weight in my opinion
2) Black_Man_X, who is consistently on point with tips, suggests a new dual core 4G is coming out in "then you may yet have several weeks... YOU MAY WANT TO WAIT TO BUY…"

anyways, all speculation but this is now the phone I'm hoping for, especially when black_man_x recommends the wait.
