If you've got a medical background as well as tech knowledge you might have a better understanding what I'm talking about, but any help is appreciated. I need to be able to go to web-based programs to check for drug-drug interactions, for example sites like Micromedex or Drugs.com. These work fine from my desktop computer, but when I go to the mobile version on my LG Optimus V and try to enter drugs, after hitting "Search" nothing happens. It does do some things though like general info about a single drug name I type in. One other site I tried (Epocrates) said I needed to download Flash, and it confirmed that the Optimus LG V does not support that. The other sites didn't say anything about Flash. I contacted tech support from both sites and they both say they don't have any problems when testing their sites on their android phones (not LG Optimus V, though). I really need this to work. Anybody have any clues? Thanks.

Stop trying to access it through the mobile web and download an app from the market.
They make Android apps for these sites.
Thanks for the suggestion, but there are several issues. Some are not listed as Apps in the android market. The ones that are listed have a fair number of rotten reviews. I need a higher quality site like Micromedex (for which my institution has a subscription) or Drugs.com (the app listed for this is not for drug interactions). Epocrates is of limited value. Still not clear why this works on other android devices and not Optimus V, unless they all need Adobe Flash to work.

Follow-up: I contacted Virginmoblile tech support by phone (directed around the world to the Phillipines) and they had me empty my cache, and delete cookies and retry the site. Micromedex worked. They weren't sure why and neither am I, but I'm thinking it had something to do with the log-in. Anyway, thanks for everyone's input.
